Terms of service

Effective October 25, 2026. These terms apply to purchases from marlowekeepsakes.com ("Marlowe Keepsakes", "we"). The store is operated by William Wigertz Wåhlström, Rgo 962 X, 106 43 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: william@bruket.co.

1. Who can buy

We sell to consumers with a delivery address in the United States. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Products

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on screens, and measurements are approximate.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The total, including shipping (free) and any taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify's checkout; we never see or store your full card number.

4. Orders

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable, or there is an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you and refund any payment in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

See our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

6. Reviews

You're free to post honest reviews of our products and service anywhere. We never charge for, restrict or penalise reviews.

7. Using the website

The site works in current versions of common browsers with JavaScript enabled. You may not use it to submit unlawful content, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access other customers' data. Site text, images and design belong to Marlowe Keepsakes or its licensors.

8. Complaints

Email william@bruket.co with your order number and a description of the problem. We acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and give a full answer within 14 days.

9. Liability

We're responsible for products we sell as required by applicable law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
