• Not happy for any reason? Email william@bruket.co within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund the full price you paid to your original payment method. You don't need to send the necklace back, and there are no fees.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us a photo within 60 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
• Timing: we issue the refund within 3 business days of your email. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• Cancelling: email us before your order ships and we'll cancel it and refund you in full within 7 business days.
