Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We don't ship to US territories or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing: every necklace is packed to order. Your order is handed to USPS within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after you place it.

Delivery after shipment: usually 2–5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage, so 5–10 business days in total from your order. Orders ship from the United States, so there are no import duties or fees to pay on delivery.

Christmas: order by December 10 for delivery by December 24.

Cost: shipping is free on all orders. There are no handling fees.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is with USPS.

If we can't ship on time: we'll email you before the shipping deadline with a new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund. Refunds for cancelled orders go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Lost or damaged parcels: if your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your order, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
