How long does shipping take?

Every necklace is packed to order and handed to USPS within 3–5 business days. It usually arrives 5–10 business days after you order. Shipping is free and every order is tracked.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order by December 10 for delivery by December 24.

Where does my order ship from?

From the United States, so there are no import duties or fees on delivery.

What is the necklace like?

A polished heart pendant set with a 6.5 mm cubic zirconia stone and smaller accent stones, in a 14K white-gold finish or an 18K yellow-gold finish. The pendant is approx. 0.8 × 0.7 in (2.2 × 1.8 cm) on an adjustable 18–22 in (45.7–55.9 cm) cable chain with a lobster clasp.

What comes in the box?

The necklace sits on its printed message card inside the gift box you choose: the two-tone box, or the luxury box with an LED light that shines on the necklace when it's opened.
